Former HOLBA Presidents
In 1983, The Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association was formed by a key group of office brokers —Dan Bellow, Tom McKenzie, Ed Cappell, Steve Montgomery, and Lou Cushman—to educate brokers on office leasing from both a tenant and landlord representatives’ perspective. Their mission is that of HOLBA’s today – elevate and maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct among office leasing professionals and the real estate community.
In 2006, the presidency of HOLBA was moved to a two-year term.
